The shop's fruits and vegetables are fresh daily from local growers and suppliers. As well as a comprehensive range of foodstuffs and household items (many of which are vegan), stocks birthday cards, pet foods, sweets, ice cream, soft and alcoholic drinks and much more. You can also find a garden center offering flowers and shrubs. Located 400 yards from Fairlop Underground station on the Central Line, but the station is usually closed at weekends. About a mile from Fullwell Cross, Barkingside. Open Mon-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, Sun 8:30am-2:00pm.
