Forastero is an awesome family-run business with great vegan options and is open late! I love their bibimbap, tacos and kimchi fries! Everything is great!!!

We came for the Vegan Al Pastor and Vegan Forastero Taco on our way to the History of Chicago museum. They were tangy and spicy. The atmosphere seems cool for friends and family. It had a nu-age hipstery feel to the place.
Read moreIt was nice that there were those vegan options, but of course it would be great if there were more options. It looks like they are interested in more vegan options as well! (: All I can say is that there was a little bit too much kimchi on the vegan kimchi fries, but kimchi is good for the gut lol.
Pros: spicy!, variety of different vegan taco meats
Cons: No vegan horchata!!!
