Best vegan bakery in Seoul - Edit
I loooove this bakery. Everything is vegan! The bread is that perfectly baked crusty artisan bread. Try the bread with the raspberry jam and butter! The fig bread, cheesecakes, cookies— basically everything is good! The women who work there are also really nice!

Amazing - Edit
Awesome bakery. We went out of our way to try this place and I was not disappointed. The staff member, not sure if she was the owner, was super friendly. The desserts were amazing. I hope they continue to do well!

Clean air and good food - Edit
I noticed they have a pretty big air purifier. I forgot to take a picture of it. I hope they know to manually turn it up at least on red and purple/black days (orange days would be nice, too). I also hope they regularly vacuum the pre-filter and change the filter once it’s old. The coconut latte and chocolate cookie were very tasty! I’ll be back since it’s a clean place to hang out with good food.

Best cheesecake 😍 + madeleines - Edit
Great choice of baked goods, madeleines, cookies, brownie, bread (made with rice flour - not all GF)
Read moreThe madeleines are my favorite, super moist. You would never guess it's healthy. 3 different flavors, all 3 are awesome.
++++ BEST vegan cheesecake ever. I m not exaggerating..! Until now the raw-cashew-tofu I tried around the world could not rival a non vegan one. It was super bland, not creamy enough etc. The filling at ForFour is subtly sweet, fudgy and the crust made of oat (gf) + rice is incredible. Check my pics!
I tried their choc chip cookie and in my personal taste it was missing the rich cocoa flavor (I m usually into 70% or 80%). If you prefer mild taste, you will like it.
Owners are welcoming and the pastries are not pre-wrapped in plastic 🙏👏👏👏
Bring your own tupperware, get some madeleine and enjoy it with dairy-free latte!

Super lovely local bakery! - Edit
All the vegan bakeries I visited in Seoul had the loveliest staff, and this was no exception. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The desserts were to die for, especially the chocolate chip cookies. We had an iced tea that was housemade and amazing too.

Amazing goodies + a lovely eco-concious bakery! - Edit
The bread, sweets and pastries here are delicious! The gluten-free items were SO impressive.
Read moreThe lady who served me was so nice! She was excited when I took out my own container for the baked goods and in return, I got so excited when she gave me a little pamphlet about 'Your Bottle Week', a zero-waste campaign they are apart of! They're not a zero-waste bakery, but lovely to see they are so supportive of the movement and raising awareness.
So much love for this bakery.

Vegan chocopasta! - Edit
Lovely staff! Delicious vegan bread and also glutenfree options. Cakes, scones, cookies, spreads. Sweet and savoury. Coffee and tea, soy milk and coconut milk as plantbased milk. Also possible to take away. Plastic-free straws.
Read moreI had a iced latte with coconut milk, fig rice campagne bread which they sliced for me and put the other half in a paper bag for take away. The best vegan chocopaste I ever tasted. I also bought cookies and a savoury scone in the shape of a triangel. Delicious!

My favorite vegan bakery in Seoul - Edit
I’ve tried five vegan bakeries in Seoul, and For Four Bread is my favorite so far. They offer a great selection of breads and dessert treats including madeleines, scones, cheesecake, pound cake, and more. Many items are labeled as gluten free. They also serve a variety of teas, coffees, and ades.
Read moreI tried the chocolate banana pound cake and the cheesecake. Both are gluten free, and while I’m generally not a fan of gluten free products, these were delicious. The pound cake was moist and chocolatey, but not overly sweet. The cheesecake was creamy, slightly nutty, and also not overly sweet, and because of this unique taste combination, I would rank this as the best vegan cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. In fact, I’m making a second trip before going back to the U.S. just for this cheesecake.
The menu and item descriptions are written in Korean, but the friendly owner and staff speak English well and are comfortable with foreigners, so don’t worry if you can’t read Korean.
Pros: friendly staff, many gluten free options, variety of breads and desserts

Update: I visited again to have some of their cheesecake before leaving Seoul and was able to try their chocolate fudge cookie and maple madeline. Both were delicious--moist and not overly sweet. Everything I've tried so far at this bakery has been outstanding, and this is definitely a place I'll keep visiting next time I'm in Seoul!
