Fantastische vegan pop-up in een huiskamersetting - Edit
Reeds een paar keer naar dit pop-up huiskamer restaurant geweest.
Read moreIn 2019 voor het eerst bezocht toen het een pop-up was op de Gentse Feesten, erna in hun huiskamer "Chateau Vijverstraat".
Zeer lekkere gerechten! Volledig plantaardig en vriendelijke bediening, de chefs komen aan tafel voor een babbel achteraf.
In samenwerking met het Gentse vegan kaas bedrijf Omage.

Nice food, although all things considered on the expensive side - Edit
This is from a visit to a pop up restaurant in Ghent, in the Spring of 2017.
Read moreWe had a nice dinner, although al things considered (culinary, location, service) we thought it was too expensive.
Some gastronomic restaurants will charge similar prices, but then one also can enjoy a more ‘restaurant’ atmosphere (service, comfort, table setting), which was somewhat lacking here.
