I was looking forward to trying this place. I have traveled to many different places in the country and this place has one of my favorite interiors. It's almost like you're inside of an attic and it was so relaxing with the Jazz music in the background. I know one person said the decor was bizarre and they wouldn't bring their parents, well that person must have lived a really sheltered life. There are African masks on the wall as decor and a few framed photos. Trust me there are way weirder places out there. Anyways I got a burger with pineapple on it. The burger was pretty good but I wouldn't say it was the best tasting vegan burger ever. With that said, I also got a burrito to go. This place hands down made the best tasting vegan burrito ever!! You have to try one of their burritos with jackfruit because you won't be disappointed. I just wish this place was open for dinner.

Their burgers are insane, so come by during lunch time. I always get the one with the grilled pineapple, it's so unique and delicious, I don't know how to describe it. It comes in a pretzel bun and served with mixed greens and black eyed peas. They also serve a wonderful polenta dish with cacti relish (!). I love it. I just wish they'd be located some place else, so the crowds would flock there, as they should!

Stopped in for lunch. The Broadway burrito was wonderful, and my husband had the chili burger. Great for a winter day. So glad for another vegan option in Kansas City!

We went there last night with neighbors (non-vegan/veg) and the kids. Everyone enjoyed the meals and desserts a great deal. The bread pudding was a hit with kids and adults alike.

Great variety of meal options and the staff is very friendly.
