Lots of choice for vegans - Edit
Great spot to grab a healthy and filling lunch. They have pre-made sandwiches which didn’t have a lot of vegan options, but the salad buffet bar had so many vegan options: falafel, salads, slaws, potatoes etc. you select a bowl size and then fill with your choices, then pay at the counter. Brilliant spot and I also noticed a number of hot food options too.

A welcome respite from Brussels' usual fries and fake-meat-grilled-with-actual-meat lunch offerings.
Read moreI come for the non-prepackaged offer, which is mostly vegan or vegetarian. Warm buffet section changes from day to day, but it's usually 5 or more items in solid form (1-2 meat, 2 vegetarian and 2-3 vegan items is standard), and two creamy soups (both vegan).
The really good stuff (I'm partial to cauliflower lasagna, but the curries are not bad either) in the solid form part of the warm buffet gets obliterated and/or contaminated by 12.30, so come in closer to noon if you want it.
The cold buffet / salad bar has a lot of lentil/bean/barley items, as well as hummus and falafel balls.
Everything is clearly labeled.
You can combine warm and cold buffet.
They're charging by the size and the number of bowls used (I like to go for 2 small ones, 15,80€) - how much you load them and what dishes you choose is up to you.

Some vegetarian and vegan food at the salad bar. Not much. Staff nice. They are also selling some soups and hot meals.

Easy and Quick Lunches and Breakfasts - Edit
Plenty of vegetarian and quite a few vegan options, all clearly labelled. It's laid out like a buffet with hot and chilled options. There were also meals packaged to take away. I had vegan soup with bread which was lovely. Would recommend if you're looking for somewhere quick and hassle free.
