Not Vegan - Fruit Salad only Option - Edit
There are no vegan options here. The veggie sandwich bread had no ingredients listed on the package, so they could not confirm whether it was vegan.

I visited here after reading the happy cow reviews but couldn’t find anything suitable on the menu. Staff were quite unhelpful and when I asked about the smoothies they informed me they only consisted of syrup and ice!

Quick healthy vegan options - Edit
They have a southwest salad (sub dressing & leave off cheese), veggie sandwich (leave off cheese), avocado toast (leave off egg) & sabra hummus/pretzels in grab & go cooler. I had the salad & it was good. Nothing to rave about but I was happy to have a quick, fresh option before we went to the park. I am always extra appreciative for options at touristy places.

Vegan unfriendly - Edit
After reading the other single positive review we decided to dine here after a day at the Grand Canyon. There is one vegetarian sandwich, which if you remove the cheese is vegan. It’s a roasted vegetable sandwich consisting of mushroom, pepper and onion. Both of ours were badly burnt on one side of the bread. Very expensive and bad food. Avoid. A visit to Subway to build a vege sandwich at quarter of the price would be way better.

I ordered the vegetarian sandwich with gluten free bread and specified no cheese, add avocado, and side of fries with side of salsa. It was pretty yummy, especially the fresh big fries and salsa.
Also ordered a mango smoothie. Very yummy! Definitely sweet, similar to sorbet but in a drinkable smoothie. I confirmed with the staff that their smoothies do not contain dairy.

Also they have free fast wifi!
After a full day in Grand Canyon with no signal, it was a treat to have free fast wifi and relax over dinner.
