Amusement Park for Your Taste Buds - Edit
Everything was packed with flavor and unique. The camembert was truly impressive. Reuben sandwich with kimchi is one of the best I've ever had. Shiso lemonade is a nice mild blend of herbal and sweet. The meringue for dessert was unbelievably delicious.

Whole family, vegan and non vegan, went all in for this. We loved everything we tried. This place can convince people that plant based eating can be fantastically better than the standard American diet!

Amazing food, wonderful service! - Edit
Small restaurant with a few tables but really great service. Shared the daikon cakes (SO delicious - probably the best dish we had), Korean BBQ tofu wings (also very yummy), Szechuan string beans and tofu, Sha Cha stir fry noodles (with rice noodles instead of wheat noodles). I didn’t love the noodles because of the heavy star anise flavor. But the portions were great for sharing. Our server was wonderful and super friendly.

Loved this place! Four of us went so i got to try many of the dishes. The restaurant is tiny and very cute, feels like you are eating at a families home. We started with the Korean bbq wings, and then I got the Korean Ruben. Everything was so delicious! Lots of flavor, spice and sauce. I will definitely be returning.

Best vegan food in the Cleveland area - Edit
If you’re in Cleveland, and you’re a vegan, this is the place you want to go. They do magic in the kitchen. Can’t recommend it enough. I have brought non-vegans here, and they absolutely love it. Small place, family owned, absolutely perfect.

Disappointing Dinner - Edit
We have been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time, and we were so disappointed by our meal. The dumplings had SO much ginger in them we had to throw them away - they weren’t edible. Our salad was fine and we liked the carrot ginger dressing. The cauliflower tacos were delicious and definitely our favorite item. The kimchi Reuben was just okay. The cream in the oatmeal cream pie tasted like straight Crisco and had no flavor. We won’t be returning, sadly.

We're sorry you didn't like your meal. If you let us know when you came we can refund what you didn't like and help you find something suited to your tastes. We make a mix of traditional and unique Asian-fusion dishes from scratch and we think we have something everyone will love. Of course, we understand some of our dishes aren't for everyone.
Read moreWhile we sell hundreds of dumplings every week, we understand ginger isn't for everyone. There isn't a lot of ginger in our dumplings, the main ingredients are bok choy, our seitan, and Chinese chives, but the ginger we use is fresh organic ginger and is more flavorful than most ginger on the market. In terms of the vanilla buttercream in our oatmeal cream pie, it is not made with crisco, it's a simple vegan vanilla buttercream we make in house. Our desserts change every week and have a large following in Cleveland, if you give us another try I'm sure you'd find something you love. Our menu is also seasonal, so we always have something new on the menu.
I appreciate you stopping by and hope you try us again.

I was able to try Foodhisattva at the 2024 Cleveland Vegfest, but only tried one item: mango yuzu cheesecake. It was amazing, but after looking at other reviews, I feel like I should have tried more! Will keep them on my list for when I'm back in Cleveland.

Flavorful comfort food - Edit
We really enjoyed our dining experience at Foodhisattva. The restaurant seating area is small, but the service is friendly and the food is tasty! We shared the sweet bbq tofu wings and they were delicious. They came with a homemade ranch dipping sauce and veggies. We tried two entrees - the bacon Mac and chizz and the bodhi beet burger. The Mac and chizz was loaded with vegetables like broccoli and peppers. It had coconut bacon on the top, which was really good. My favorite though was the burger, which had so much flavor.
Read moreWe wanted to try the two desserts (coconut raspberry mousse cake and mango lavender cheesecake), but we were so full that we took them to go. The desserts looked really good. Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan of the texture and flavors.
The menu changes seasonally, and we look forward to our next visit when we try the spring menu!!
Pros: Yummy food - all made in house , Friendly service
Cons: Small eat in area

This place never disappoints! My favorite is the MacnKimcheez and the potato salad, but I’ve never ordered anything that I haven’t enjoyed. Every one of the desserts I’ve tried have been phenomenal. Pairing the yummy food, with the friendly people and welcoming vibes, is what makes this place such a wonderful place.

Delicious vegan food - Edit
Excellent food. There is a small sit down area, but this is mostly a take out place. The menu changes often so there are plenty of options. I had the ramen, which was delicious and my wife loved the Korean BBQ tofu wings. Definitely a must try place for vegans. The young couple running the restaurant are passionate about the food.
