Limited vegetarian options - Edit
Did not see any vegan choices on the menu, but you can probably ask to remove the cheese. Had a beetroot salad with capers and olives. A bit expensive for Sicily, but a nice setting and close to the beach

10/10 vegan panino - Edit
Both my husband and I found their vegan panini to be delicious. Eggplant and other moist, tasty fillings. Also had a chickpea panelle which was very good.
