Expensive and limited options - Edit
I got a beet and apple salad with chickpeas. It was a fine portion, but it cost almost $20 with tip. It tasted fine at first, but after a while I got tired of the mushiness and the dressing was very strong. Also, the service was not especially courteous.

Good place for a quick lunch - Edit
Is located in the upscale food court of the Centre Eaton. As we were there on a Saturday at lunchtime, the food court was really busy so it was a little challenging to find a seat. We tried two different salads and were impressed by both. They had novel combinations of vegetables and flavours and were quite filling.

Not your typical salad place! - Edit
After reading some the previous reviews, I must say that I was quite surprised. Because I had the complete opposite experience.
Read moreFirst time I tried it, I thought "Finally! A place that doesn't make boring salads full of cheap lettuce!". The flavors are so intricate and unique, the ingredients are different from anywhere else (daïkon, kimchi dressing, wakame dressing?!), because of their chopping method is uber quick, everything is homemade (even the "pre-packaged" dressing and toppings one reviewer mentioned), everything is compostable and their new vegan cakes are delish. You can also add quinoa, tofu or chickpeas as protein. In the Summer they have a chilled tomato soup that is heavenly and in the winter, they serve the most comforting chili and curry. The menu is almost entirely vegan, at the exception of 2 salads I think.
As for price, again, I'm surprised. Montreal most popular salad bar charges about $16 +tx for theirs and half of it is just cheap, boring lettuce. Most salad places use the cheapest ingredients and the cheapest version of them.
I've been a loyal customer for the past 2.5 years, basically since they opened, going at least 2-3 times a week.
If you're downtown doing some shopping, I think it's definitely worth the detour. And trust me, if you're downtown, you won't be able to eat vegan for much cheaper anyway... Unless you eat french fries.
Pros: Creative food, Freshness, Flavors
Cons: Can get crowed at lunch

Bon et santé - Edit
Bonne portion, ça a bon goût et c'est vraiment santé. J'aurais préféré des morceaux plus gros de tofu, mais somme toute une belle option sur le pouce au centre-ville

underwhelming - Edit
That experience was certainly somewhat underwhelming. The bowls were pretty big but the food itself was not amazing. Every ingredient in the salad is sliced the same way, served with pre-packed seeds and a sauce. I hear the soup was a little better than the salad but given that it was not better than average fast food - and pretty expensive - I'd not come back.

Very good but get bored - Edit
Don't get me wrong, their salads are very good and the service is ultra fast. However, since it's chopped altogether, you get bored of the same texture and same taste when you're eating your dish.

Deceiving - Edit
The place is well located and it is nicely decorated, but the salads are overpriced and don’t have enough ingredients in them. I paid 13$ for a daikon and fennel salad, there were no vegetables and almost no proteins, except for a few nuts. It was not fulfilling at all. I will not go back.

Boring salad - Edit
The salad is fresh, the service is nice. Although, you get bored of the salad after a while, not enough ingredients and proteins i think.
