Lots of vegan options!

Recently gluten-free, I was able to find myself a delicious vegan and gluten free treat for a pre-work snack. Go check it out! #Veganuary

Vegan Treats

Cute little place in Ritchie near a lot of other places with vegan options. I tried the double chocolate donut, which was too decadent to finish in one go, but very delicious. I also got the Ginger Sammy which was pretty good, only get this is you like alot of ginger. I also picked up some vegan cheese that they carry from another vendor. I would come here again to try some more treats.

Pros: Lots of options

Cons: Not everything is vegan

Delicious!

I went to food in the nūd for some gluten free and vegan crackers and sweets for a knitting group I was hosting and could not have been happier with what I found. I realized the baguettes contained honey after I had gotten home but none of the guests minded or noticed and I loved how dense they were. All of the treats were fantastic especially the ginger sammies.

Pros: All plant based- watch for honey, Tasted amazing!, All gluten-free

Cons: Some honey is used

Awesome gluten free treats

Everything I’ve tried has been delicious! Gluten free doesn’t have to mean dry and tasteless.
