Enjoyed Lunch

We enjoyed a tasty Dosa lunch after finding parking in parking lot behind the downtown area. Service was good but slow, probably overwhelmed by holiday traffic. Disappointed that pizza was not available since that is why we came. Patio is too dog friendly with people feeding dogs on their laps. We stayed inside because of that very generous policy and the interior of the restaurant is extremely loud. Downside is one restroom where there was always a line.

Pros: Tasty and fresh, High quality ingredients, Interesting spices used

Cons: One toilet only for entire restaurant; always line, Dog policy on patio is too generous, Restaurant is very loud

Go for the Dosa stay for the desserts!

Now open on Tuesdays! We just happened by Food Harmonics last Tuesday after bike riding from Ventura. David, the GM, happily walked us through the menu and recommended some Vegan options for us. The PREM DOSA is fabulous, but the AVOCADO-CACAO MOUSSE is superb. We even returned the following morning to buy amazing vegan cheesecake slices for the trip home. Will definitely visit again when we are anywhere near Ojai. Definitely a “5 Star” establishment- even if all the food options are not vegan.

Vegan, paleo, gluten-free, soy-free people delight!

This place rocks. It's well-priced, kid friendly, fresh whole foods that are made by the chef. The menu has only 1 or 2 quality meat-based items (bison burger) that you can count on if you're dining with a diverse group. I split the vegan pizza and cauliflower dosa with a friend. The chutney was amazing. At the end we all shared a vegan and gluten free brownie and cheesecake. They also have a charming patio in the back and lovely, helpful waitstaff. This is a total find. Happy cow only allows 4 stars for restaurants that are not completely vegan. This one practically is.

Pros: well informed waitstaff who really check ingredien, home made staples
