Food for Thought

It's a pretty small shop, so I was impressed with how much stuff was in here. But they offer all kinds of whole foods that aren't available to you in a typical supermarket.

Having just got back from 18 months in China, I was happy to see that they stocked leaf green tea (they had a large selection of teas). They also offer a good range of vegan cheeses.

Equally importantly, everything is very reasonably priced. Prices obviously vary per item, but things didn't seem to be much more expensive than the non-whole food, non-vegan equivalents that you'd find in the supermarket.

I'll be back here again, that's for sure.

If I ever need to stock up on my dried foods or natural beauty items, this is my go to place.
The staff are very knowledgeable on supplement and natural remedies or foods etc however they are not always the friendliest. It depends on who you get. Some of the girls are very friendly and willing to help.

We've been in a few times (whenever we're in the area), and have come out with lots of goodies. They sell great ranges of ethical products, and even fresh Vegan food, in the fridges.
