Delicious

Awesome little store and cafe with all you can think of for a healthy lifestyle. We got a strawberry banana smoothie, a detox juice and everything bagel with cashew cream cheese. Wow delicious and service is fast and friendly!

Such a treat to find a vegan restaurant in the keys!

I stopped by to see what they have for food selections. I bought a vegan chicken salad a muffin and a beverage. Will be back tomorrow for lunch!

Pros: Lots of options, Pleasant and friendly , A few tables outside

Excellent place

This place 2as fantastic. I had a Portobello burger with a cup of soup, which was roasted tomato. Everything was very Fresh, had great flavor and well presented. I would very much recommend eating here.

so much cool stuff

there were a lot of ~healthy~ and vegan teas, body care, fresh fruit, snacks, frozen goods…. the list goes on! staff is cheerful and quick to help. def a hidden gem for plant based people :)

Fantastic

Great food, friendly people, a nice selection of dishes and items for sale. Everything you need! My favorite is the falafel burger. Best falafel I’ve ever had.

Yummy Daily Specials

You can see the Daily Specials on their Facebook page! Relaxing atmosphere in a strip mall. There are tables and couches so this is a good place to come by yourself and read, have a business meeting, or order to go and shop their market while you wait. My friend Lavarski designed his own smoothie not yet on the menu. Ask for the Lavarski! I give this 4.5 stars because it is vegetarian, not 100% vegan.

Pros: Fresh food prepared to order, Market with vegan items not in local supermarkets, Friendly service and lots of parking

Cons: Small so you may need to wait at busy times

One word, AWESOME!!!

Loved the food, the vibe and the staff!!! The fella who helped us out at the counter was so upbeat and helpful! Most items are 100% made in house and they also offer a good amount of raw. I got the burrito that was recommended and half raw. It was so yummy and healthy. Honestly this may have been my favorite place in all of the places we visited in Florida. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here for sure.

Super tasty fresh food

Passing through the area we hit Happy Cow and found this place. The specials of the day were a portabella chickun fajita and a cauliflower steak with Chimchuri sauce with quinoa. Both were amazing.

Pros: Almost fully vegan.

Cons: Still uses dairy and eggs

All-in-one wonder

In the middle of marathon, without any vegan options around for miles, this cafe plus health food store does it all and does it well. The food was delicious, thoughtfully made, and the service was very sweet and accomadating.
