Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant and bar with several outlets. Menu includes some items which are or can be made vegan, including tortilla crisps with guacamole and pico de gallo, Mex bim bap, charred corn, chipotle chips, salsa board, DIY tostada board, sweet potato taco, seasonal mushroom taco, and falafel burrito (request vegan tortilla). Note that for many of these dishes it is necessary to replace chipotle or jalepeno-basil aioli with pumpkin & garlic or vegan chipotle aioli, and omit queso blend. Other vegetarian items may possibly be made vegan by omitting ingredients - ask your server. Open Mon-Wed 11:30am-9:00pm, Thu-Sat 11:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:30am-9:00pm.

Was surprised with the quality given its fast service - Edit
We were attending an adults night at Legoland Discovery Centre and were looking for somewhere to quickly eat nearby. Of all the options Fonda looked like the easiest for vegan and I was expecting some generic Mexican fast food but was really surprised with the high quality of the food. Everything was fresh and healthy, not oily. The Fable mushroom meat was incredible.

Clearly labelled vegan options - Edit
The vegan options are labelled with VE so it is easy to order vegan. There is also the option to order using your phone from your table (Mr Yum) and it is clear what is vegan or not.
