Very knowledgeable cook. Enjoyed a tasty vegan scramble for breakfast and 2 seasonable hummus varieties as take-out.

This is not a vegan restaurant but they do have a few VERY GOOD vegan options. I had the Namaste Tacos which were made with black bean burger crumbles, jalapeno slaw (amazing!) And their homemade hummus. We also had their black bean chilli. Everything was so flavorful and delicious!!! They make a few different flavors of hummus that u can buy. And I believe there were a few other things on the menu that could be veganized.

No-frills farm-to-table, freshly homemade choices. A few menu items are vegan as-is, such as the namaste tacos and vegan burger. They frequently have vegan soup as soup-of-the-day, which I love! There is also a refrigerator with to-go items, such as hummus, and a shelf that sometimes features treats like vegan cookies. The owners are typically there working and they are incredibly nice. The spot is a little hidden, but I definitely recommend!
