Best tacos I've ever had - Edit
I don't usually like tacos but this place does them really well. The tortillas are so tasteful I could eat them on their own, and they arrange the tacos in a way that makes them easy to pick up and eat without everything falling out everywhere. The sauces that come on the side are delicious. I recommend trying the tacos nopales (cactus) if you haven't tried cactus before — though it doesn't taste anything like meat it's a really cool replacement for it in a taco! One thing to keep in mind if you're vegan is they might give you a chipotle crema on the side unless you ask them to omit it.
