Limited with vegan options - Edit
Kinda hip joint, good coffee options but very limited in the vegan food sense, way over priced.
Pros: Coffee options
Cons: Expensive, small servings, limited vegan options

Pricey, but dare I say.....worth it? - Edit
Super cute little cafe with a lovely open, friendly vibe. Given that they were getting slammed the food came out quickly and there were no errors with our order. Two adults and a (pancake monster) 6 year old shared the Folk Burrito and the Hotcakes, both were DELICIOUS and presented beautifully. Soy latte on point, large long black super strong but they did say it would have 3 shots so that wasn't unexpected! Even the kid's smoothie (with turmeric in it, which I thought he'd refuse because of) was presented beautifully and enjoyed right to the end. Staff were friendly. Top marks Folk, you're pricey but I think you're worth it.
Pros: Delish food, Coffee was excellent, Staff were friendly and efficient
Cons: Pricey (but it is Byron Bay)

One not to miss - Edit
Folk is a foodie oasis in the burbs of Belongil Beach.
With a creative, fully vegetarian menu and lovely outdoor garden setting with shade it’s hard to top for breakfast or lunch or even just a coffee. I ordered the Strawberry & Rosewater smoothie and Folk Rainbow Roll which I really enjoyed. Good options for vegans too. We will be back!
Pros: Gorgeous outdoor garden setting with shade, No extra charge for organic milks - Almond & cashe, Organic, local, ethical

I wish it was better - Edit
Folk is a really popular place, and it seems to attract a lot of non-veg customers who go for the atmosphere. Thats great.
Unfortunately the food is hit and miss, I've had a couple of good thing, a couple of really average things.
The coffee is terrible and more expensive than it should be. They are unable to steam soy milk without curdling it.
I just wish it was better.
Pros: popular with non-veg people
Cons: terrible coffee, hit & miss food
