Disappointed - Edit
We shared buffalo cauliflower which was very nice and perhaps we should have tried more starters and skipped the mains . I think there were only 4 choices for mains not including the section listing pizzas and avocado on toast ( surprised to see these listed in a so called “top notch restaurant?”)
Read moreI had tacos , small and over filled with oriental mushrooms, couldn’t really taste the avocado and my wife had a tofu sandwich which came out totally different to the waiters description.
Deserts were nice but the experience was beyond saving. We won’t return.

Cons: Limited choice for main course, Expensive, Possibly run by non vegans

Beautiful setting, but prepare for a big bill - Edit
We only tried two dishes, papaya salad (quite flavour- less) and the sliders (delicious! ) . Would be keen to come back again for a special occasion.

There is nothing negative to say about Four Seasons. It is fantastic and there are so many vegan options as well as beautiful preparations. Every Four Seasons is unique but excellent

Good for vegans - Edit
Folia is a solid option for vegans and one of the few fully plant-based restaurants in Dubai. The starters are more interesting than the mains, which consist mostly of pasta and pizza dishes. We were hoping for options utilising tofu, tempeh or other plant proteins more difficult to find in omni restaurants, but the meal was nevertheless enjoyable (desserts were excellent) and the Four Seasons' gardens are beautiful. Service was also very good.

Upscale vegan dining - Edit
Beautiful ambience and quality vegan food. Some of the signature dishes are a little more innovative and the rest are veganized versions of popular dishes such as pizzas and pastas. Definitely on the pricey side considering it's a bit of an upscale restaurant within the Four Seasons resort. Nevertheless, the experience was enjoyable!
