Convince an omnivore - Edit
This is finally the venue made for people who are fed up with the obvious. Proof of the fact that you can veganize the most traditional dish that Germans love - from Christmas duck to Asparagus varieties, everthing comes vegan. The staff is more than friendly and helpful to provide information and an extra portion to try something new. Prices are completely decent. Absolutely recommendable.

Very tasty German food - Edit
Försters offers 'traditional German' dishes which I know from my grandmother's kitchen but haven't eaten for ages as they all contain meat. We had a Schnitzel and Königsberger Klopse and loved both! Also the vegan Käsekuchen was one of the best I have tried.

Very good food, friendly service - Edit
After going for a late dinner one day and trying entrees, we came back another day for late lunch and tried all the “snacks” (junk food tapas.) The menu is new as of this week (9 March 2020.) We weren’t too impressed with the fried cheese appetizer but the roulade and cordon bleu entrees were very good. Potato and veg sides with the entrees were equally well-executed. The Snickers torte and berry cheesecake were great. For the “snacks,” the schnitzel and currywurst were the standouts. We had a couple different servers and all were helpful and friendly.

Cons: I don’t live there

Deutsche Küche vegan gemacht - Edit
Deutsche Küche vegan gemacht. Essen ist okay, könnte etwas besser gewürzt sein. Der Kuchen, den wir probiert haben, war sehr lecker.

Best vegan schnitzel around! - Edit
Delicious vegan food on offer - starters, mains and desserts including homemade cake. Vegan schnitzel was superb, as was the peanut butter and chocolate cake. Great service too.

Hearty German cuisine - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised by this new restaurant. A very enthusiastic waiter was happy to explain the authentic German dishes. The food was good and satisfying, portions really large. The chocolate-berry cake was also delicious!

Real German Cuisine but vegan! - Edit
We had a wonderful and delicious evening at Försters. The service is enthusiastic and very friendly (which is rather un-German 😉), and the menu represents authentic German cuisine. If you want to eat vegan and not Asian for once, this is the place to be! PS: the schnitzel is a must try!
