Delicious Focaccia Shop! - Edit
Great little Focaccia shop near the 'Ponte Pietra'. A few vegan options are available that all looked very delicious. They're not labeled, but you can see what you're ordering to make sure it doesn't have Cheese / Meat on it. I had the 'Pomodoro e Origano' at it was super tasty! Price is very affordable too!

Lots of vegan options at this little focacceria including oil, rosemary, olive. Not labelled but pretty obvious and staff knowledgeable if you need a hand. Grab a slice and walk over to the bridge to enjoy it

All of the foccacias without cheese were vegan and very tasty. They also have vegan baked potatoes and eggplants. All the foccacias range between 2 and 3 euros for a decent size!
