Not many options but a very good jackfruit burrito - Edit
I was hoping for one vegan dish of the day as I had seen on another review but there weren't any at the moment. Went for the jackfruit burrito and it was good. Recommend it.

Consistent - Edit
Foam always have a vegan sandwich/wrap option available AND a vegan bun/dessert. Their vegan desserts/buns tend to be weird flavours and not always nice.. but it's lovely to have the option! Their overnight oats are vegan too I believe.

Nice vegan burrito - Edit
I went to Foam yesterday. I got the vegan jackfruit burrito and a slice of vegan apple and date cake.
Read moreThe burrito was tasty, spicy, and also had rice, sweetcorn, guacamole and beans. I liked that some thought had gone into the vegan option. The apple and date cake was nicely presented with flaked almonds on the top.
The café seemed like a busy local spot, very friendly, and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Nice potato salad, ok options overall - Edit
Had some lunch here while passing through Bundoran. I had the BBQ beans- flavour was lovely but there was no substitution for the sour cream and not enough tortilla chips. Wasn’t very filling either.
Read moreMy dad had the potato salad which was lovely (don’t think this is a permanent fixture though). My mam had the lentil soup which she really liked but I was not a fan of. The flavour was very unusual and limey.
They had one vegan cake available (some sort of plum cake) which I didn’t try. If passing through again I’d be eager to try another option in the town but would eat here again if not.
Pros: Potato salad very tasty, Nice interior and atmosphere
Cons: Dishes can be made vegan but with no substitution, Not a huge amount of vegan options
