This is one of my very favourite restaurants which serve both vegan options as well as non-vegan food so when I visit with friends who are not vegan I get as big a choice as they do on this very varied menu. all the food is decently priced and the service comes with a smile without fail. I love to sit outside in front of the sea and my dog is always also made welcome which for me is a big point in this restaurant's favour, she is given fresh water and I can order food for her too. The menu changes regularly so options are always great. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My favourite vegan food on the island! - Edit
Foam and Fork is cozy, and whoever controls the music has good taste. I absolutely love the seitan chicken burger, I believe its called the Famous FFC. The coleslaw and the seitan nuggets make it perfect. I also enjoy the kale crisps.

Not really my sort of food. Got 3 starters between 3...ok but very overpriced for what we had. They'd run out of the vegan cheese for the nachos (but didn't tell us) so just put kimchi on them. Ok, so they didn't charge us when I complained. The 'pulled pork' made from banana skin was ok, but nothing special. The nicest thing for me was the salad that we got them to make for us (as there were hardly any vegetables on the menu). Even the dessert was mediocre with overbearing taste of lemon. Overall nothing special and I thought it too was overpriced. I wouldn't go again. Much nicer places in Malta

Je regrette de ne pas avoir goûté les desserts, je n'avais plus de place. La nourriture est bien présentée, les prix abordables et le service est agréable.

Variety is from cheap priced tapas (3EU a plate) to magnificient giant double stacked burgers (14EU). Lots to choose from, super delicate gastronomic foods.
Strongly recommended when in Malta!

Drove around Malta looking for a place with decent vegan options and came across Foam And Fork just across from my hotel. Their menu offers a wide range of vegan (comfort) food, from breakfast, lunch to burgers, tapas and home made deserts. They offer quality coffee which tastes like coffee you have in Italy and you can ask for any variety of plant milk. Couldn't resist taking desert back to my hotel. It is a small place with limited seating but worth the wait. The guys running the place are down to earth friendly and up for a nice conversation if you are traveling alone like I am. Oh, and they accept credit cards!

Definitely hottest place right now in Malta for all vegans and vegetarians. Also has options for meat lovers. Amazing craft beer selection, but most importantly - staff is very caring and you can feel with every bite and minute spent here. Highly recommended to try for everyone ;)

Cozy bistro & cafe with over 10 different vegan milks to have with your hot or iced good quality coffee. Service is amazing and items are well priced. They prepare everything themselves with dedication. Had a vegan burger with sauce, crispy Kale, kimchi and home made fries and was amazing, good portion I couldn't eat it all😄all this with a nice marsascala Seaview. For evenings I suggest booking in advance as it's always packed
