Great option in a place where vegan food is scarce - Edit
A restaurant with a vegetarian section on the menu is definitely hard to come buy in this part of Huila, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this option in Gigante! It is only open for dinner, however. The restaurant is an open-air place with lovely Mexican decoration. The two guys running the place were super nice and offered me a whole selection of spicy sauces! All the veggie options on the menu can be customised and made vegan. The quality and taste were really good.
