Vegane Sterneküche - Edit
Bei unserem Besuch waren alle Grundgerichte vegan (optional gibt es gegen Aufpreis Fleisch). Ich weiß nicht, ob die Grundgerichte immer vegan sind oder ob manchmal Milch bzw. Eier verwendet werden. Deswegen lieber nochmal bei den sehr lieben Servicekräften nachfragen.

Kreativ und flexibel - Edit
Die Gerichte sind vegan (ca. 23-25 Euro), Fleisch lässt sich separat dazu buchen ( 15 Euro). Sehr neuartige kreative Kombinationen. Bedienung weiß was drin ist und die können auf individuelle Wünsche (Allergien) eingehen.

We had an all vegan dinner with fresh vegetables and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is also very rich and tasty with vegan porridge, bread spreads and juice.

Read moreHier ist die Option Fleisch oder Fisch dazu zu bestellen, denn die Gerichte sind ansonsten vegan. Die Art der Gerichte zählt zur gehobenen Gastronomie. Einfach nur zu empfehlen - gemütlich freundliche und mega lecker. 😋

We stayed there for just one night, but we absolutely fell in Love and will be back.
Read moreThe menu is vegan to begin with - now if desired, one can add meat to some of the dishes. But generally everything was planned vegan.
We had 2 starters, 1 main dish and 1 dessert to share - it was more than enough for the two of us.
The dishes looked small first, but they’re really satisfying.
Everything was seasonal and regional, with great twists (roasted sage completely blew my mind).
The choice was 3 starters and 6-7 main dishes, plus 3 desserts. As mentioned before - vegan is clearly labelled and non-vegan food will only be made if you order the meat extra.
I didn’t see any vegetarians options at the dinner menu.
When you stay at the hotel, the breakfast is included and it has plenty of vegan options (vegetarian and meat options as well, unfortunately).
Even the croissants were vegan, lots of spreads, a vegan cheeze, bread and breadrolls, jams and a type of porridge, a granola bar, vegan yoghurt etc. You can also pick your type of favorite coffee and favorite milk.
The staff was very sensitive asking for allergies, and will make everything according to your needs. If your need is just, that you want vegan food - they’ve got you covered at no extra hassle. 💕
You can also book a fully vegan weekend there.
