Despite letting them know two months before our stay that we eat plantbased (and offering to bring some food ourselves, which was not necessary according to them), the result was disappointing. The food was indeed vegan, but no effort was made to replace meat/dairy with something. The only vegan adapted product was oatmilk at breakfast. They could offer some lentils, tofu, beans, a vegan dressing, quinoa, curry,… for dinner. Some vegan yoghurt, flax seeds, fake cheese,… for breakfast.
