Not a single dish disappointed me. All were bursting with flavor. I even loved the chocolate pudding and I'm normally not a fan of chocolate.

Yum - Edit
Great place to get some quick food. Their mushroom bolognese was the best, I miss it so much. Service is always super friendly. Black bean falafel wrap is yummy. Ginger miso crunch salad add tofu is good too. But nothing compares to my beloved mushroom bolognese. Hope they bring it back one day :’(

Wow! Excellent VEGGIE FOCUSED food! - Edit
Many restaurants with vegan options don’t make their meals “veggie” focused.
Read moreVegetables were the STARS ⭐️ of many of their vegan options. We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, the Mother Earth Bowl, Thai Dye Wrap (wow! excellent tofu!!)
And the Mushroom Bolognese! OM Goodness! I’d go back just for that delicious bowl of veggie packed flavor!
Pros: Great quick service , excellent gluten free options , Veggies are the FOCUS not the afterthought

deserves a 5! - Edit
they have a small menu but quite a few vegan items! i had their watermelon pepita salad this summer with a citrus glaze, it was DELICIOUS this time i got their forbidden rice bowl add avocado and it was so flavorful i loved it!! their brussel sprouts side had really good flavor, it was just very salty and oily! rose pedal lemonade was yummy, but barely any sweetness so make sure you’re ok with that! the person helping me was awesome, so helpful and accommodating!! :~) i love this place and what they’re about!! the dining area is beautiful

I love getting takeout from this location. They do curbside pickup, which I love. You just call from the parking lot.
Read more* Vegan artichoke salad with lemon tahini dressing is my absolute favorite. They grill the artichoke and serve it sliced with arugula, romaine, avocado, corn, radish, fresh dill, and sunflower seeds. I add tofu on top.
*Seasonal items like charred asparagus slaw are always super fresh.
* Mother Earth bowl and Thai Dye wrap are also very good.
* You can customize many items to make them vegan.

Very good, fresh, & healthy - Edit
I really like this place. They mark all of their vegan items on the menu and they have several. The flavor of everything is very good. I’ve been a couple of times and have really enjoyed it each time. The frescas are also awesome and no sugar added!

Amazing! - Edit
We had such a great experience at Flower Child! I loved my dish so much, I ordered another one to-go for the next day! Amazing vegan options, and options for your family/friends who still eat meat (so everyone wins!) It was very clean and I loved the atmosphere, but it was a little loud.

Rotation place for vegans - vegan destination spot it isn't - Edit
Flower Child has four locations in PHX, a testament to it's popularity and to the valley's relative paucity of viable vegan oriented competition. Like their close sister Living Kitchen, there's an understandable if obviously non-vegan balance with the rest of the planet's palate, however healthy the vibe. My hope is My Flower Child hears the importance of more, and more varied vegan selections.
Read morePros: Vegan menu items - yet too much oil in preparation, locations - Camelback spot an easy trip for us, atmosphere and service are consistently positive

Awesome Wrap! - Edit
Today I ordered the vegan Thai Dye wrap from Flower Child and was in awe! The flax/chia wrap was super soft and yummy and the spicy tofu inside added a nice flavour to the meal! Just the right sized portion and kept me full with all the good veggies inside. The restaurant itself was super clean and had a trendy vibe inside. Also had lots of delicious vegan options, clearly marked on the menu! Wish they had these in Canada so I could visit more often!

Sweet Flower Child of Mine - Edit
I must be the odd man out who thinks that Flower Child is just okay. They use soy in their dishes and I didn't see any baked treats that were not gluten-free.
Read moreThe atmosphere and operations, though, are pleasant so I enjoyed my time.
What a busy spot! The openness of the restaurant with its loudness reminded me of a cafeteria, but a hip cafeteria indeed.
Seating was great. Although a lot of tables were taken, we easily found one with good spacing. No cramping, no leg touching under the table, no one bumping into my chair while passing behind, no "excuse me's" with polite but annoyed smiles. So that was definitely a plus.
Another plus are the healthful options on the kids menu.
Utensils wrapped in napkins were the table centerpiece, still you can help yourself to more which are located against the wall alongside the teas and colorfully-mixed ades.
The plates are small, but I gotta give Flower Child credit for making the dishes look so ungreasy and clean. A+ for presentation.
- avocado hummus with pita:
pita was too thin and hard
hummus mixed with corn, radish, pumpkin seeds
salty taste and really couldn't tell it was hummus
- bowl of Pho:
who orders pho at a non-asian restaurant?
I stupidly raise my hand, guilty as charged
tasty, but I didn't finish it
too many noodles, not enough mushrooms
came with sides of basil, jalapenos, bean sprouts, lime, and two sauces barely palatable
the red sauce tasted like a spiced up catchup
the darker sweet sauce...I honestly have no idea what it was
- side of roasted asparagus:
literally three spears of the plant cut in half
salty seasoning with an umami sauce
"roasted" turned out to be "blackened" and overcooked
Pros: Artful looking plates, Unique intent
Cons: Oily, Small quantity for the price

I'm a regular! - Edit
I wasn't allowed to give this a five star rating because there are non vegetarian dishes. A couple of months ago I was ecstatic to learn about this new "Vegetarian" restaurant. My BF and I went there and tried a variety of items. I am a huge salt lover. That being said, every dish we tried was saltier than the next! It was a huge disappointment!!!! I wrote to the parent company, "Fox" and gave them a review of my experience. They invited us back and spent time with us explaining which foods are salty, etc. Usually I order dressings and sauces on the side. I order the chopped salad with the ginger vinaigrette dressing almost every time I go, sometimes with grilled tofu. It is always amazingly fresh, colorful and delicious! Our other favorite is the "Tye Dye" rollup sandwich with fresh snap peas and other veggies along with grilled tofu and bbq sauce. This restaurant is close to my home so it is convenient and easy. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Their tea and lemonade machines are a bit loaded with sugar or honey but delicious!

In town for a conference and ate dinner here tonight. Absolutely wonderful food, with options for everyone. Good reminder that good food is best in its simplest forms. I had brown rice with tofu, fresh fruit, and an absolutely yummy avocado/beet/citrus salad.
