Read moreCustomer Service was a bout what you'd expect. You get your own utensils and drinks which I like, and they will bus the table for you. When you place your order you get a table number and they will bring it out to you. I will say that the wait did seem pretty long so I wouldn't call this "fast food" per say.

I got the black bean falafel and it was delicious. it came with a small salad side which was good and fresh. The falafel wrap itself was packed with flavor and quite delicious. I would absolutely get it again but might try a few more options on the menu that looked good.
Value: 4/5
Portion size was pretty big for what you pay, and my falafel wrap itself was mostly filling. I think it could've been a bit more filling
Vegan options: 3/5
There is a clearly labelled menu, with at least 1 vegan option in multiple categories. It loses 2 points for not being 100% vegan, and also not having a dedicated vegan menu and while there were a lot of vegan options, some categories there was only 1 option. I also would've liked to have seen more vegan protein options. They have tofu...and mention it half a dozen times on their menu, but there was no tempeh or seitan. Despite this, the vegan options on the menu are plentiful, fresh, and delicious.
Pros: delicious!, plenty of seating on patio and indoors, right off the monon!
Cons: lots of patio seating can be in sun despite roof, did wait a bit longer than I would've thought,, but was worth the wait
