Cold-pressed juices in plastic bottles, plus smoothies, some animal products - Edit
Flow is a friendly spot offering bottled juices, an appealing menu of made-to-order smoothies, acai bowls, and a few other snacky items.
Flow's juices are cold-pressed (which preserves more of the nutrients), but unfortunately they are not pressed to order and they are sold in plastic bottles. Personally, i prefer my juices pressed fresh to order and served in glass. If Flow were to offer this in the future, i would be happy to give them more business.
Note that some of their menu items contain honey, so vegans should be sure to ask. I also spotted dairy products and eggs in the shop.
Street parking was easy to find on my visit.
