Rotten produce delivered, misleading advertising, no response from company

My order was placed in July 2026- its possible the company has changed since these previous reviews. The recent experience I had with Florida Farms Direct was horrible. First, everything I received in the box was not fresh and clearly not from local farms. It was rotted, molding, and items supposed to be included missing. What I received was nothing like described on the website. The berry box I ordered arrived in a couple plastic cartons from farms in Mexico and South America (not local farms) and all moldy inside. I could have picked the exact item (Driscoll raspberries) from Whole Foods or nearby market. The reason I ordered from Florida Farms Direct is I expected the items to be fresh from the farm and not sitting in a grocery store for weeks before I picked it up. I have Amazon Whole Foods delivery I don't need Florida Farms direct if they're delivering the same thing I could just get delivered from Whole Foods. When I got to the farmers market the items I buy stay fresh for a few weeks in my fridge because they are actually fresh and direct. The whole point of getting direct from local farms. That is what I thought I was purchasing with Florida Farms Direct and what they advertise. I immediately contacted the company after seeing what was delivered and sent photos- and no response from the company to date. Their website says to contact them within 24 hours and they will do something to make it right. However, they didn't even respond.

Cons: Lack of quality- rotting and moldy produce , Items missing , Not fresh and not from local farms

I tried the organic food delivery service and I was very impressed. They took the time to swap out the fruits and veggies I didn't want from their weekly posted list of available items. Everything was very fresh and it arrived to my home cold. I will continue the service and hope to try more new things to further enhance my diet.

Delray Beach Organic Food Delivery

I have been ordering organic food delivery in south Florida for years. Recently I moved in with my friend in Delray Beach. We tried the delivery from My Organic Food Club and we loved it. They brought us local and seasonal 100% USDA certified organic food in a nice variety of 17 different items, 3 leafy greens, 5 fruits and mostly fresh vegetables. There was one thing I'm not sure what it is, but can't wait to try it. They have organic eggs and organic bread too, but we didn't order any yet. Without hesitation we will continue to order our organic food delivery from this company and reccomend them highly.

Best Organic Food In Delray Beach

The best organic food in Delray Beach is not from a restaurant on Atlantic Ave...nor is it from a quiet little bistro around the corner. It's from the organic food club that delivers my organic food every week. Eating raw and juicing organics is waht it's all about. Just try and you'll see!

ORGANIC PRODUCE IN BOYNTON BEACH

I pick up my organic produce in Boynton Beach from Holly. Everything is 100% organic and fresh. I like chatting about the GMO news and trading recipes too. You'll like the food and the company. Great idea!
