I was here recently and ordered the mushroom stew dish. It was good — not amazing, but I enjoyed it and it felt reasonably light. Given that the other flavors in the dish mask the mushrooms, I think something like oyster mushrooms might work a little better in the dish as opposed to quartered button mushrooms.

La comida es muy rica, estaba una buena sorpresa! El pan tostado es muy rico, la sopa es riquísima, la especialidad de Veracruz bien hecha con especias ricas.
El servicio es bueno, el mesero amable y rápido.

Flores de Vegano is located in the back left corner of Mercado Roma. The food is beautifully presented and delicious (I highly recommend the chilaquiles en mole and the camote relleno). The staff has always been very kind and will bring your food to wherever you choose to sit inside or outside the market. The only downside is they don't have a ton of drink options, but there's a fantastic juice spot inside the market on the right side that you can grab a drink from if nothing at Flores interests you.

La única desventaja es que no tienen muchas opciones de bebidas, pero hay un fantástico lugar de jugos dentro del mercado en el lado derecho donde puedes tomar algo si nada de Flores te interesa.
