Read moreThey do a menu del dia for approx 17000. The restaurant was very busy at lunch times with locals. The food is fresh and wholesome.
It's a vege restaurant but on the day I visited the menu of the day was vegan.

Be aware that this place has two entrances, the left one is for the store and café area which serves some cakes and snacks, and the right one is for the restaurant.
Read moreIn my opinion this is the place that currently serves the best vegan tamales in Bogotá! They are amazing, so if you are a tamal lover this is the place for you. You can also buy cold tamales for putting in your freezer at home. I also had a burger there once which was very tasty as well. I appreciate the fact that their juices are available with the option to add plant milk instead of water (in Colombia it is common to offer a choice between water and milk when someone orders a juice, but vegan places usually only offer water). The service is friendly as well, especially the gentleman running the store part of Flor de Loto is super nice.
