Flip Flop has a separate vegetarian menu, some of which can be veganized. We had the vegan burrito and burger and both we great. The burrito was intimidating at first because it has cauliflower and broccoli, but it ended up being SO good! Reasonably priced, approximately $10 for a meal. Good service and right in the center of Peruto! We got there just after they opened, so there was no wait, but everything is made fresh, so I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for something quick
Really liked this place, cool vibe they couldn’t do enough to help, explained all the options and gave opportunity to veganise anything on the vegetarian menu, we had the Carrie-bean burger and the veg In a creamy mushroom sauce with fresh juices, so good!
We really enjoyed eating here, we just walked in to it and were happy to see al the Vegetarian options that could al be Made vegan and the cute tables and the fair prices. Also there was live music which Made the experience perfect. We had the curry and the pasta with avocado & spinach, ferry filling and tasty!
We ordered hamburger and coconut vegetables. The first burger came with cheese and mayonnaise, so we sent it back. The second burger was absolutely flavorless and dry. This was a very sad and expensive experience because after all they charge us for that horrible food. It was not possible to eat.
Food was awful. Was given food w/dairy and they wouldn’t replace it or refund it - Edit
Was given bland beans and vegetables. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and ordered a dairy free meal. When the food came, it looked creamy so he asked if he had dairy in it. The waitress came back and said it probably does but refused to replace the meal with something he could eat or comp it so we were forced to pay for awful food we couldn’t eat.
Nice restaurant with marked vegan items and fresh made juices. Quality of food was good, or was not very spicy but we got salt and pepper oil and than it tastes good. like every touristic restaurant in this area it's more expensive then a local restaurant. After terra Madre this would be my second choice.
