Fancy falafel & cocktails - Edit

I had really tasty falafels with loads of salad and hummus in a fresh soft pitta with a 'milk man' cocktail (like a boozy vegan iced coffee). Various main dishes and interesting sides that you could order like tapas.

Pros: Outside seating on quiet street, Vegan options clearly marked, Swedish and English menu

Cons: Quite pricey

great food and cocktails - Edit

We stayed nearby here and it was busy every night so we thought we'd try. Everything is veggie with lots of vegan options. The falafels are delicious and the pitta, sauces etc. were great too. They also have a fab cocktail list and lots of tables outside - good for people watching on a sunny evening.

Pros: great food, lots of outdoor space, nearby cool bars

Of Style They're Full - But Could Improve the Falafel - Edit

A really cool and stylish place in a fashionable area and clearly very popular. So we'd definitely recommend coming here for falafel in a more unusual location. But as much as we wanted to agree with their sign that said 'best falafels in town', I'm afraid we couldn't bring ourselves to do so. The falafels were a bit dry and stodgy and weren't served quite hot enough. So if they're making their name on this one item then it would make sense to step them up a bit and so they had an entirely exceptional offer.

Pros: Cool venue, Good range of menu options

Cons: Falafels need improvement

Good falafel - Edit

FLFL is down the street from the Goodstore, so we came for dinner after shopping. There's tables outside, but we chose to sit inside as it was getting a little chilly. There's plenty of space inside too. We ordered the roasted sweet potato to start with a wrap and falafel pita as mains. There's a salad and condiment bar too which was great. The wrap and pita were tasty and hit the spot. It would be awesome if they could be all vegan.

Pros: tasty falafel, large space

Cons: not all vegan

Best falafel - Edit

I've enjoyed quite a few falafel wraps around Malmö and other places and I was taken by surprise to find the best plate of falafel in Stockholm. The falafel original comes on a big plate filled with hummus and cabbage among other things and your choice of dark och light pita bread. Also a great salad bar (the tahini with herbs was perfect) with an assortment of condiments. Very nice staff and the food is worth every cent you spend on it. Will go out of my way to be able to eat here again.

Instant favourite - Edit

I started liking this place from the minute I set foot inside. It's simple yet has great food, great prices, great ambience. And they serve alcohol. Can't ask for more, especially not in Stockholm.

Pros: Prices, Opening hours, Liquor license

Cons: Hyper-gentrified area

A must go in the area - Edit

It was our first veg' restaurant in Stockholm and we enjoyed it a lot. The place has a big outdoor seating area with deckchairs and the inside is nicely decorated (industrial style). The menu consisted of sandwiches, pita bread and plate of hummus, guacamole, moutabal and other Lebanon specialties. You can take a free salad at the entrance when waiting for your dishes. Their hummus is really good, as well as their falafels. I also tried their homemade lemonade and I recommend it: it is well balanced between sugar and lemon. Even if the staff was a bit disorganised, the owner was friendly and smiling. They have three different vegan desserts but only one was available when in there. Portions are good but prices are maybe a bit high. However, I do recommend the place if you're in the area. And they are open until 11:00 pm which is great in Stockholm!

Pros: tasty food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, open until 11 pm!

Cons: limited choice for desserts

Superb Mediterranean/Israeli Food! - Edit

I was greeted when I walked into this restaurant with a sample of one of the best falafel balls I have ever had: perfectly spiced and salted, not greasy, and perfect!
The eggplant dish I ordered was also divine.

This moderately priced new Israeli/Mediterranean restaurant is, in my opinion, one of the best casual places to eat in Stockholm.

The owner of the restaurant really takes pride in all of the dishes served at this restaurant.

Pros: Awesome falafel, Great atmosphere
