Best waffles - Edit
Edited review: Flavour Bastards have upped their game and now serves the most delicious waffles for breakfast and lunch as well as yummy Truffle Fries.
Read moreSome of the staff are suuuper friendly, others less so. Prices keep me from giving five stars😄
Old review: Pancakes were lovely, but 85 kr is too expensive. The omelet was 95kr. and tasted horrible! Both me and my friend had it, and she didn’t even want to finish it. It had a really bitter aftertaste from the chickpea flower and was really sticky, like it wasn’t finished all the way through.
Adjust prices and change omelet recipe and I will give 5 stars.
Good music and lively atmosphere ❤️

Must visit: Amazing breakfast - Edit
Best meal we had so far in Copenhagen!
Read moreThis breakfast was very tasty. We couldn't eat at the place we planned so ended up here by coincidence. Luckily there was still some space.
We had a golden latte and Moroccan mint tea. Both tasty.
The French toast was the best!! With fruit and hazelnut paste.
The waffle was okay, especially the topping was tasty. The waffle itself was not as crispy as expected.
Overall great experience!
Pros: Super friendly staff, Loose leaf tea ♻️

Best Breakfast - Edit
We had the four corners waffle (savoury) and the stuffed french toast. They didn’t really work well together but we shared them anyway! It was all amazing.

High quality, thoughtful food - Edit
Really enjoyed the “butter chicken” curry, with crispy and flavoursome onion bhajis to accompany. My partner, who isn’t vegan, thought the title of the dish was a bit misleading as there’s no fake meat to replace the chicken but I really enjoyed it! The setting was cool and great vibes from the cocktail bar.

Really tasty vegan food - Edit
Get the tofu scramble - it’s better than its name! Weekends they have a plant-based smoked salmon & bagel that is kind of scary good.

Lovely place - Edit
I have been here for both brunch and dinner. Brunch was the BOMB! Loved all of it! 🤤 I was slightly less impressed by the dinner though it was still delicious 😋 it can be very busy so it is a good idea to order a table in advance if you want to ensure you get one 😉

Tasty unique menu - Edit
Had the "fall for waffle", can't fault it. Beautifully seasoned, felt fresh and healthy and perfect portion size to start the day. Definitely recommended. Bit expensive but that's just the case in Copenhagen!

Seriously tasty, not surprised they swear about it. - Edit
The food here is so delicious. I had the tacos and truffled fries with secret sauce and everything was a taste sensation. The staff were really lovely and friendly. It's a really nice place, I will definitely return if I'm ever in Copenhagen again.

Süß und herzhaft - Edit
Gute Auswahl für ein Frühstück mit verschiedenen herzhaften und süßen Waffeln, Scrambled Tofu und Apple Cheese Cake. Letztlich fehlte das gewisse Etwas.

You simply have to take a look at the kitchen to understand.
Read moreThe quality to price ratio is way off, the atmosphere is rather hectic, with service okay-ish. Food is run-of-the-mill, simply put.

Great food!! - Edit
Really delicious food, we loved every dish.
Read moreLike the name says they all were very flavourful, even the flatbread alone.
Taste 5/5, the menu provides enough variety aswell.
Only the dish size of my Gnocchi was too small in my opinion, expected more for what I payed (155kr).
Pros: Really delicious, Variety, Definitely worth it

Ok but not great breakfast/brunch - Edit
The food could have used some more flavour. The water was very expensive (just serve tap water that tastes exactly the same?!) and the service was a bit slow. Had high expectations so we were a little disappointed.

It might be a Danish thing - Edit
Visited flavour bastards at 3PM on a Saturday and despite being open, they didn't serve food or drinks again until 5PM. This is the second location I visited in CPH this particular Saturday afternoon and got the same response. Very odd.

Mmmm, I want more - Edit
Funky atmosphere, nicely prepared dishes which you can’t stop looking at and wonderful tastes in your mouth. You can sit there by the window for hours because it’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella, just watch people passing by and the waiters will not look at you like the one who blocked their table for other customers although this bar/restaurant has rather limited space. Just the opposite; they will be so interesting and kind to you so that you can stay longer and they can earn less with a poor traveler like me.😄I entered completely exhausted after a long day of traveling and walking. I left the place feeling like new. This is everything you need when you travel.

Plenty of choices, but only one not so good dessert - Edit
I'd love to give 5 stars for a fully vegan restaurant but the price and the fact that they only have one dessert makes 4 stars a more accurate rating.
Read moreI had the peanut tofu curry with rice, which was very tasty and the portion was generous. My partner had falafel, truffled fries, flatbread and hummus.
Quite a few sides, 3 mains and one dessert - happy enough with the choices! Give it a go if you're around.
Pros: Very tasty main and sides, It's all vegan! , Spacious and good atmosphere
Cons: Quite expensive , They only had one dessert option, a cheesecake, The cheesecake was not especially good

Great breakfast place - Edit
I went here for breakfast with omni frieds and everyone were blown away. I had the scrambled tofu on bread and worried it wouldn't be as special as the waffles, but is was really good and a meal in its own right. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing drinks and food - Edit
Super cosy eatery at Norrebro with a 100% vegan menu. My sister and I had two different dishes that were nice but the drinks outshined the food. The tofu skewer in a coconut stew was a bit too salty but I loved the puffiness of the tofu bits.
Read moreI had a liquorice cocktail and a gin-based cocktail, both of which had a very balanced amount of alcohol which made them more enjoyable than most cocktails that are super pumped with alcohol.
Pros: Really nice drinks!
