The best veg option in Lebanon - Edit
Really cute spot and ran by great people. Although the menu is not a 100% vegan or vegetarian menu, every item can be veganized. I normally get the roasted red pepper flaky bake and they will add beans and switch out the garlic sauce for a vegan sauce. I believe the business owners are vegan. The only issue I have is that last time I went I noticed the portions were a bit smaller and they did not add the beans. Perhaps they are cutting costs or were out of some ingredients that day. Not sure, but I would definitely stop by if you are in the area, this is by far the best and most vegan friendly restaurant in Lebanon Ohio!
