Delicious Indian Food - Edit
Flavor of India has a great selection of vegetarian items on its menu. ALL of these can be made vegan. They will even adjust the vegetarian "dinner for 2" to vegan upon request. (It's a lot of food!) We go to Flavor of India whenever we are in the Tucson area.
Pros: Great selection of vegetarian items, All vegetarian items can be made vegan
Cons: Strip mall location, so not the best ambience
