Serves meat, vegan options available. Part of chain restaurant offering Mongolian stir-fry meals. The main feature is the create-your-own stirfry bar where you choose the veggies and even faux meat (vegan except Quorn), and have it stir-fried. Most sauces are vegan, and there is a chart showing which are. Ask the staff to cook your dish separately. Reported closed January 2021.

Delicious versatile meals

I love Flat Top. They have a variety of starches, meat substitutes, vegetable add-ins, sauces, and others all labelled vegan and also include allergy information. I like how you can turn your selection into a variety of dishes, like soup or a wrap. Fresh, hot, and made to exactly my liking. A great spot for dinner with non-veg friends as there is something for everyone. Occasionally the run a deal where you pay for 1 trip but it's unlimited/buffet style, and that's the best deal.

Cons: Expensive
