The main feature is the create-your-own stirfry bar where you choose the veggies and even faux meat (vegan except Quorn), and have it stir-fried. Very vegan-friendly Mongolian Grill - Edit
I'm an unapologetic fan of "Mongolian grill" chain restaurants, and Flat Top Grill is the best and most vegan-friendly of that, admittedly (not very high brow) food category. Everything is well-marked as vegan both online and in the restaurants and the servers are knowledgable. After you make your own bowl, you can stick a little plastic stick in your bowl indicating that they should grill your bowl on a grill surface separate from the meat.
Read moreAlso get on of the plastic sticks indicating that you want roti bread. YUM! So good, and it doesn't even make sense that a stir fry restaurant has roti, but it is so delicious.

One of my favorite places to eat- food items are labeled so its easy to make a lovely vegan meal. Lots of veggies from which to choose and also has seitan and tofu. I always leave happy! Love love love it!
