Vegan options with a beautiful view near Lake Manyara

The Flamingo Restaurant in the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge is a wonderful restaurant with some delicious vegan offerings. Breakfast and lunch are large buffets where it's easy to select vegan options, dinner has a more limited set of offerings but the Indian dish I had was wonderful (It's listed as vegetarian on the menu but is actually vegan). It should be noted that the chef is knowledgeable about vegan diets and will happily create custom meals if needed too. One luxury that I really enjoyed during my stay was all the fresh juices, especially the freshly squeezed passion fruit juice and mango juice. I was very happy with all aspects of the restaurant and it's in a beautiful location which I hope to visit again soon.
