Serves meat, vegan options available. Menu has a couple of vegan rolls but can customize other rolls to be vegan/vegetarian - ask the staff. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-12:00am.

Short on ingredients

While it’s great that they have 3 vegan options it seems that they often run out of ingredients. Ordered takeout for 2 of the rolls (because the 3rd was already out) but when I picked it up it was just 2 of the same because they ran out of ingredients again.

In addition to that issue there was supposed to be avocado in both rolls and it was missing. Besides those issues the rolls here are decent.

Pros: 3 vegan rolls, Decent price, Popular place / interesting atmosphere

Cons: Often run out of ingredients / rolls, Served rolls missing avocado w/out telling

Delicious

Vegan options are marked clearly on the menu. Currently they have 3 rolls: Vegan Egan, Friend Roll, and Tap Goothed. Appetizer Lil Sis can also be made vegan if you choose the cucumber/avocado option. I am not 100% certain that the eel sauce and sweet chili sauce are vegan, but given that they come with the rolls clearly marked as vegan, I would assume so.

Food is delicious and the staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Good options, always yummy and late night delivery!

Five sushi bro’s is a staple of Utah county, and they do well with having vegan options. They currently have two that are vegan and one vegetarian that can be made vegan. You can also customize most of their rolls for some variety. For not having a ton of options they are always good at accommodating.
