Warning - classes honey as vegan - Edit

After purchasing and eating stuff from here I noticed a sign on the glass counter listing the ingredients in the sugar free vegan cake and the ingredients stated honey. This made me a little paranoid that other things they sell as vegan actually contain honey/animal ingredients.
However, the food I did have (acai bowl, vegan ice cream milk shake and a juice) were very nice. We also tried the vegan tapioca wrap thing which contained tofu and hummus but myself and partner really didn't like this.
I cant award it more than 3 stars due to the concern over animal ingredients being listed as vegan.

Pros: Healthy

Cons: Class honey as vegan, Serves meat

Marcelorocha17 28 Mar 2017 - We apologize for the inconvenience. It was a mistake of our staff writing the wrong information at the description . The cake was 100% vegan . It won't happen again and we invite you to come back .
Thank you for your visit and also for your review.

Excellent Place for Acai Bowls - Edit

The Acai bowls at FitBar are super tasty, but they have a plethora of other healthy and delicious options, including vegan ice cream and tapioca wraps. The tapioca hummus/veg wrap is super yum. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable to talk to as well.

Pros: Yummy options, friendly staff

Cons: Small place

Great ice cream, but milk shake too liquidy and tasteless - Edit

I tasted anona (or guanabana or soursop) vegan ice cream and loved it. Unfortunaly I ordered a milk shake with it and got immediately disappointed because it was too liquidy and tasted only like soy milk (or was it almond milk), there just wasn´t enough of ice cream in the milk shake. 5 euros was too much of a cup of soy milk...

Pros: Nice selection of vegan ices, Great anona ice cream

Cons: Milkshake was a disappoitment

Near the beach - Edit

A small acaibar near the beach serving delicious acai. We tried the acai and it was so good, one of the best we tried in Barcelona! They staff was very friendly and made sure to exclude honey. We also tried vegan cheesecake and raw balls. The coffee was great and they have vegan mylk. They also serve tapioca pancakes, vegan ice cream and more. The location is great, just by the beach.

Great açaí by the beach - Edit

Just stone's throw away from the beach and the buzz of Barceloneta, this little açaí bar and ice cream parlour can be found in a quiet, peaceful square for quick, delicious refreshment at a very reasonable price!

Found this place thanks to Jon Venus' video (https://youtu.be/NMwkzzGXVOA) in which he is clearly impressed by the vegan ice cream! I can only vouch for the açaí bowls, which are great, but they also do vegan tapioca and vegan protein bars.

Pros: Delicious açai, great location by the beach, enthusiastic staff

Cons: Honey automatically included as topping in açaí bo
