Decent vegan menu all cooked separately and to order. Battered sausage was lovely and crispy, the sausage a nice flavour and texture. Helpful staff who were vegan aware.

Such a fantastic take away, and eat in. Really good choices for vegan and vegetarian. The mushy peas are the best I’ve ever had, and the pea fritter is excellent.

Stopped by here on a coastal walk. So lovely to see some actual vegan options, especially as a lot of the chip shops in this area use beef drippings! We had the vegan fish and chips, as well as the pea fritter. The chips were delicious! They were unable to tell us if the curry sauce was vegan. I would like to have seen more flavour in the 'fish', however the texture was good but could have benefitted from some nori maybe.

All three of us had the Vegan fish and chips with a side of mushy peas. The fillets were really good as were the chips. Generous portions. Nice that the vegan option was £1 cheaper than the non vegan equivalent.

Finally found a place with a host of vegan options. We had vegan fish and chips and pea fritters. Batter was so tasty and best vegan fish I've ever had. Didn't think they were bad prices either. Great staff too

Read moreWeirdly the vegan menu wasn't displayed anywhere (in the takeaway section at least) but the staff were knowledgeable about it, and it was online too.
Lovely tasting batter and decent portions, took me back to my childhood!

Great to see another fish and chip shop in Whitley Bay that caters for vegans. I ordered the fish with chips, whilst my wife got the vegan sausage and chips. The fish was superb and had such a great texture, whilst the sausages were excellent too. Top marks for the chips too and the very generous portion sizes. Staff are very friendly and the fish shop is located close to both the beach and a park if you want to make a day if it Definitely worth a visit.
