Had a fantastic lunch at Fish and Wish, despite it being a busy Saturday the food and service was still exceptional. We were also really pleased with the multiple vegan options alongside the seafront classics. Could tell the restaraunt cares about making sure vegans could have yummy food too, rather than just having one option to tick a box.

If you’re looking for a classic fish and chips this is perfectly fine. The venue is small and not the most salubrious. There are definitely finer fish and chip places in Southend on Sea.

Really good to have the option!!
The vegan sausages were a little weird…more like veg inside than a mock meat sausage but the vegan fish was enjoyable and big portion of huge chips.
