Delicious - Edit
Love the noodles. Oil splashing noodle & a cold noodle dish are vegan as listed. Edamame and Brussels sprouts appetizers are vegan. You can add tofu or a number of different types of vegetables to the oil splashing noodle to vary the dish a little. Can be a little hit or miss with the food temperature and flavorings, but they will fix it if something is wrong.
