1 vegan option plus sourdough bread - Edit
First drop wines could alter their perspective of tapas from “we really only offer meat and cheese” to tapas can include many vegetable based dishes too.

Pros: Sparkling water, Sourdough bread and olive oil , Fried potatoes in meat fryer
Cons: Unhappy to suggest any vegan options , Can do vegan options but have to be in advance
