Bringing Vegan Back to Phoenixville - Edit
Phoenixville's vegan cupboard has felt bare lately. There are options in town, but nothing fully vegan. At the Phoenixville Farmer's Market, Firefly Forest Bakehouse has filled that void, restocking with sweets and savory options. Everything is amazing. The almond croissant dazzles. It is flaky and buttery and filled with a dreamy almond cream. I can't wait to try more.

i saw their stand at the West Reading Farmers Market. their baked goods are really good. i can’t speak for their demo classes, but im sure they are great too.
