Didn't know what vegan was - Edit
We ordered from their website for collection. One of the options was a vegan pizza base on the "make your own pizza". When we arrived to collect the woman working there asked what a "vegan pizza base" meant. It took some explaining, then they didn't have half the toppings we paid for and took a lot of convincing to give us our money back for the missing toppings.
