Limited veggie options. The team said they decided not to make the veggie breakfast sandwich that day so only the lunch sandwich was available. It did look like they had a focaccia that was veggie friendly though.

Disappointed to find no vegan options but the bread. Guy at the counter kept trying to sell us vegetarian options when we explicitly asked for vegan options telling us all about their options with egg… so we left pretty quickly after that.

Excellent sandwich - Edit
I found out there is a monthly rotating sandwich menu, and there is one vegan OR vegetarian option per month. Luckily this month the option was vegan. The black bean avocado sandwich was incredible, I wouldn’t change a thing. Even though it looked kind of small, it turned out to be an ample hearty meal, with lots of vegetables. If you are going to be in the area and want a really good sandwich it’s worth calling or looking online to find out the offering.
