Serves meat, vegan options available. The second location in St Andrew's (the other location is a food truck) is within walking distance of St Andrew's Bay in an open air, covered deck on a lake. Offers tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, and burritos. A majority of the menu is vegetarian, including veggie tacos, chop burrito, burrito bowl, island style nachos, and a wrap sandwich. There is a vegan quesadilla and the black beans are vegan as well. Many of the vegetarian dishes can be made vegan by asking to omit cheese or white sauce. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-3:00pm.

veggie tacos - Edit
Not sure what the "they have a vegan quesadilla" was about -- because the guy looked at me like I was crazy when I said 'no cheese please'
He suggested the veggie tacos and we accepted. They were delicious! Very filling! I could not finish them. They had black beans, diced sweet potatoes, pico, cabbage and a spicy red sauce. The atmosphere was awesome... 6/7 nights they have free music. Would def go again!

Relaxing place to enjoy food outdoors - Edit
One of my favorite things to do when visiting Panama City is sit outside and eat a great meal. Finn's is a great spot for just relaxing and eating a casual meal in their lovely outdoor courtyard. They are located in St. Andrew's Bay, and they have a lake view (but no view of the bay). All seating is outdoors, but they have ample shade from trees and umbrellas at tables. The food is cooked in a small food truck, and they have burritos, tacos, quesadillas, etc... There is a wide variety of vegetarian options, and most of the things on their menu seem like they could be easily modified to be vegan by omitting cheese. The folks at Finn's confirmed that the black beans are not cooked with meat. My mom and I both got their vegetarian quesadillas, which were way better than average. Their black beans and rice and salsa are really delicious too! This is definitely a new favorite for me in PC.
Pros: great, relaxing outdoor seating area, delicious food, reasonable prices
